Veronica Smith Responsible Officer

Veronica joined SK Medical Practice in 2004 following 20 years' in the banking industry.  

With Veronica’s background and varied experience, this has played an integral role in SK Medical Practice expansion gaining a wealth of experience in the industry.  This has given her an exceptional understanding and knowledge of how SK Medical Practice operates and remains a ‘go-to’ source of information internally.   

Veronica’s role as Responsible Officer is to continuously raise levels of knowledge and awareness of information governance across all staff as an important contributor towards efficient and quality service to all users.  

Veronica is also head of our Management Information team providing our customers with their monthly, quarterly and annual MI. She liaises regularly with all customers in management meetings to ensure that their requested bespoke service is being delivered to the very highest standard.
