SKMP has expanded the functionality of the Xpert Hub and Report Hawk by creating a digital client questionnaire for non-clinical report questions.

This questionnaire is sent to each client via WhatsApp, where the clients can complete a digital questionnaire prior to their examination.

These answers pre-populate the medical report allowing the GP to spend more time dealing with the clients specific injuries and rehabilitation.

This greatly reduces any amendments required for non clinical reasons and gives the expert more time to deal with the clients actual injuries, which they sustained during the accident.
